SHIPPING RESTRICTION

Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within a reasonable time period as stipulated herein. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER

• All domestic orders will be delivered as per the timelines provided under the product details. For further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer at all times.
• Orders placed outside of working hours Monday-Saturday (10:30 am-6 pm), after the cut-off time and/or during any IN public holiday will be deemed placed on the first IN working day following the order's submission. Delivery timelines are estimates, see further details below:
• Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season, and bank holidays. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.

SHIPPING TERMS

Domestic Orders

• Order will be shipped in India through registered domestic courier companies only.

• For all paid order deliveries within India, we offer Free Shipping.

• For all COD orders within India, a standard flat 200 shipping cost will be applicable which is non-refundable.

• In case of any exchange/return, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You.

TROVELLE is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment for shipment to the courier company 2-3 working days.

INSURANCE

TROVELLE ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We do OTP verification for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a OTP sharing by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by TROVELLE and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
